TRACKING MY ORDER
Upon receiving your order confirmation, please allow up to 2 business days for receipt of tracking information. You may then track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email or go to our tracking page https://getmontigo.com/a/track by entering your order number.
We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Singapore!
We take up to 24 hours toprocess all orders. You can edit or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched.
We offer priority insured shipping via SingPost or Ninja Van which will take 1-3 business days.

Can I return my product?
All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you within 45 days upon receiving your item. Please email us at email@example.com for us to assist you with the replacement.
Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging with tags.
