About the Product
MONTiGO was born in Melbourne, Australia, where our journey in thoughtful product design first began. Today, our headquarters is based in Malaysia, and we're proud to be growing across Singapore and Southeast Asia
MONTiGO products are made of high quality, A2 (food graded 304) stainless steel. This material is highly durable and resistant to rust. Our lids are made of PP (BPA plastic - Polypropylene), which are BPA-free and safe for daily usage. Our team here have conducted thorough research to ensure the highest quality materials and provide a sustainable, long lasting eco-friendly product to our customers.
We have different types of lids here and give you an option to switch it up and make the best use of your bottles & cups!
Ace Spout Lid
Our Spout Lid is designed to provide you with maximum water flow and convenient one-handed drinking during sports and outdoor activities. This anchored twist-cap comes with a secured seal to ensure that it is leak-proof. It is made of BPA/BPS free material for your daily usage and it is safe to be used with cold or hot beverages. It is compatible with our 18oz Ace Bottle & 32oz Ace Bottle.
Ace Flex Cap
Our Flex Cap is designed with an insulated honeycomb structure to help maintain the temperature of your beverage. It comes with a flexible silicone handle for a non-slip and comfortable grip. It is made of BPA/BPS free material and safe for your daily usage. It is compatible with our 18oz Ace Bottle & 32oz Ace Bottle.
Flip Lid
Our Flip Lid comes with a secured seal to ensure that it is splash-proof. It is made of BPA/BPS free material for your daily usage and it is safe to be used with cold or hot beverages. It is compatible with our 2oz Knight’s Tumbler & 10oz King’s Cup.
You should not put our products that are made of stainless steel into the microwave oven.
Different product has different retention level, do refer to the product description in the product page. Do take note that it varies dependant on use and the environment.
Absolutely, you may separate different part of your MONTiGO to recycle.
Care & Usage Tips
It is not recommended to do so as you might unintentionally damage the vacuum seal, causing it to lose its insulating properties and not able to keep your beverages temperature as long. Our products are double wall vacuum insulated, beverages in our products will be protected from the temperature inside the freezer and wouldn’t be able to freeze. If you want ice cold water, put some ice cubes inside your bottles or cups and notice how long it takes them to melt!
You should not put our products that are made of stainless steel into the microwave oven.
Stainless Steel Body
Recommendation: Hand Wash with air dry.
We don't recommend you wash with a dishwasher machine because the base may come off depending on your dishwashers heat. The heat may also cause markings on the colour coating - this is why we recommend hand washing.
Glass Infuser
You may use clean it with the dishwasher machine.
Lid
Recommendation: Warm, soapy water. For everyday cleaning.
You may put on the top of the dishwasher machine for deep cleaning but the pressure may damage the seal.
Bamboo
Recommendation: Warm, soapy water. For everyday cleaning.
Bamboo cannot go in the dishwasher and should not be left wet. Towel dry after each wash.
The color of the ace cap handle may fade or degrade over time, especially when exposed to sunlight, heat, sweat, or sunscreen. To take care of your product, we recommend the following:
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Rinse after contact with sweat or sunscreen
Cleaning tips:
- Hand wash gently with mild detergent — avoid using the strong chemicals
- Keep out of direct sunlight when storing
- Let it air dry completely before storing
- Don’t keep it sealed while still damp
- Avoid pulling or overstretching the ace cap handle
We recommend hand-washing your bottle with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft brush or sponge to clean all parts, including the lid, straw, and gasket.
For first-time use:
If your new bottle has an odd smell, rinse it with warm soapy water before using. If the smell remains, feel free to contact us for help.
For stubborn odours or taste:
- Baking soda paste: Mix 2–3 tablespoons of baking soda with a little warm water to form a paste. Scrub the inside using a bottle brush.
- Vinegar or lemon soak: Fill the bottle with warm water and a splash of white vinegar or lemon juice. Let it sit for 30–60 minutes, then rinse well.
After cleaning, always rinse thoroughly and let all parts air-dry completely. For best results, store your bottle with the lid slightly open to prevent moisture buildup.
Our bottles are made with high-grade stainless steel designed to last. If you notice rust-like marks, it’s usually surface contamination from minerals, dirt, or iron particles — not actual rust — and can be cleaned at home.
How to clean:
- Warm soapy wash: Use mild detergent and a soft sponge.
- Baking soda soak: Mix 2 tbsp of baking soda with warm water. Soak for 1–2 hours and rinse well.
- Vinegar or lemon rinse: Use a 1:3 vinegar-to-water mix or lemon slices. Let sit for 30 minutes, rinse, and dry.
Optional: Use stainless steel cleaner for stubborn marks.
Storage tip:
Always air-dry your bottle completely with the lid off. Storing it while still damp can lead to water stains or rust-like marks.
What causes it:
Moisture: Bottles stored while wet can develop white or brown marks.
Acidic drinks: Leaving tea, lemon water, coffee, or juice inside overnight may cause stains.
→ If that happens, rinse and wash the bottle thoroughly.

No registration is needed to shop as we want to keep your shopping experience as easy as possible.
We happily accept all Visa/Master debit & credit cards.
Please check your email for the confirmation email. If you do not see it, it might be because there was a typo in your email.
If you suspect you might have provided us with the wrong email address, please email us at hello@getmontigo.com with your name and correct email address for us to locate your order and re-send a new copy of confirmation email to you.
Orders can only be amended if they have not been fulfilled by our team, and is still being processed. To check the status of your order, please click the link with your order status sent to you by email.
Shipping and delivery
We offer shipping to Singapore via Singpost & Ninjavan for standard shipping.
Dispatch dates will be available on your order confirmation email. We will ship out your order 24 hours once we have received the order. Please allow a 7 - 10 business days for you to receive your order.
Please note delivery times to recipient may be affected by the jurisdiction of individual customs clearances and regulations (though we wouldn't wish this on anyone). For some countries thus, delivery times may be longer than our standard indicated delivery time frame.

You will receive your tracking number once your order dispatches (dispatch date will be available in your confirmation email).
If you do not receive any order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it's likely they could have been marked as spam or there may be a typo within the email address found in your order. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Do check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please firstly contact your postal service and lodge an inquiry with them.
MONTiGO does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that have been confirmed by the postal services to be delivered.
Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Once the item ships, we will not be able to re-direct the parcel to a new address. We do not replace parcels that are delivered to the wrong address given by the customer.
We are terribly sorry if this happened. We would like to sort out any manufacturer’s defect immediately. If you would like to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email at hello@getmontigo.com
We offer a default 2 years manufacturer's warranty for all purchases made through our website.

Returns/Exchange & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or amended if they have not been fulfilled by our team, and is still being processed. To check the status of your order, please click the link with your order status sent to you by email.
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you have received the wrong order please send pictures to hello@getmontigo.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
If you have noticed a defect upon receiving your order, please email us within 48 hours with pictures or video illustrating the defect for us to process a replacement for you.
Anything past 48 hours will be subjected to the terms & conditions of our manufacturer’s warranty.
