We take up to 24 hours to process all orders. You can edit or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched.

We offer priority insured shipping via SingPost or Ninja Van which will take 1-3 business days.

Returns

Can I return my product?

All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you within 48 hours upon receiving your item. Please email us at hello@getmontigo.com for us to assist you with the replacement.

Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging with tags.
